I just wanted to share a few quick announcements:

"Shaolin-Do. Secrets of the Temple". This is an incredible book co-authored by our current Grandmaster, Sin Kwang The'. This book has a lot of great information about the history of the Temples, our system and our lineage. It also has some great information about our katas, Iron training and the Internal Arts held within our system. This is a must-have for any student who intends to stick with Shaolin-Do.

Cost is also $25.
