Let me start by offering a huge congratulations to Hanny Habib and Bijou George for successfully passing into 2nd Degree Brown belt. They were among my first students ever and look how far they have come. Great job, guys!

 

Just a reminder that there are no classes this Saturday or Monday in observance of Labor Day. Have a great weekend and be ready to work out when we get back!

 

7th Degree Master Gary Grooms Seminar will be held Tuesday, September 11th. He will be covering some great topics about Ho Tien Shi. Breathing and Meditation. The cost is only $30.

 

Sifu Ryan Howards seminar will be held on Friday, October 19th at 7pm. He will be flying all the way from Texas to teach out 2 great seminars for one low price. First, he will teach out Entwine the Dragon Staff, then he will teach the art of Fa Jing. Learn to put out a candle with your chi! The cost is $70 if you pre-pay, $75 the day of the seminar. dont forget to bring a candle and lighter (no matches, please).

 

I am now accepting prepayment for either of these katas. Also, if you would like me to split the payment between now and October, I will be happy to work with you. The most important thing is that you dont miss this seminar.
