Schedule Changes and announcements
time_stamp EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELYDue to the large size of the class, the Wednesday Schedule will change slightly for Blue and Green Belts. Blue Belts will meet at 7pm and Green Belts will meet at 8 ON WEDNESDAYS ONLY. The Monday schedule will remain the same. Unfortunately, this will mean the demise of the Warrior Class.I apologize to all of you, but promise to make each class a little more physically challenging. A quick reminder to all, classes are cancelled this Saturday and Monday for Memorial Day. Enjoy your weekend everyone and dont be afraid of that first class back like I know some of you are....Bridget and Patrick......haha. I would like to thank my upper belts again for your help this week while I was out. I would not have a school if not for you. I am truly grateful for you all. |

Sifu Ryan Howard Teaches out Darmo Cane
time_stamp This will truly be an incredible seminar. It will introduce you to a new weapon form using a common household cane. More details to come. I am allowing people to split this payment up between June, July and August if you need it. It takes a lot of effort to have guest instructors visit our school, not to mention this one has been my Sifu for almost 10 years! Please help me support him and our school by attending this seminar. Uniform sale, Patches, and T-Shirts

If you are interested, please see Sifu Bill.UNIFORM SALE (Lightweight and Heavyweight for $90) With summer approaching and the demise of the Warrior class, your classes will get sweatier and tougher. Do yourself the favor of getting a few extra uniforms. And for those of you who are going to be here a while, maybe its time to purchase a heavier gi to go along with patches. I am offering 2 uniforms (one lightweight and one heavyweight) for $90. Normally the lightweight uniforms are $40 and the Heavyweight are $85, so do the math. Essentially, you are receiving the lightweight one for only $5. Please pre-order by next Friday and I will order them then. SCHOOL T-SHIRTS I am considering doing another T-shirt order. If you dont currently have a school t-shirt, now is the time to get one. I will sell the regular short-sleeve t-shirts for $20 and white t w/black ringer for $25 for anyone who already has a shirt and wants another. Please see Sifu Bill if you are interested.
