Master Joe Schaefer from Austin Texas will be here this Wednesday night (May 20th) for testing and his famous Internal Sparring Seminar. Those of you who are testing are now testing on Wednesday, NOT thursday. I have spoken to many friends who have taken this seminar and they said it improved not only their sparring, but their meditation drastically.
