The head coach of the Spurs has just hired my teacher, Sifu Ryan Howard, to come teach tai chi to all the players and coaches 4 days a week. There is a half marathon coming up in December that a few of us are considering participating in. There is also a 5k that day. I am personally going to complete a half marathon. We are going to meet for a run every saturday morning before class. If you are interested, I can provide you with more info.
